Delete your Blumi account

You can delete your account and data whenever you want, including if you do not agree with the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy. If you prefer, you can also simply stop using the app.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Blumi and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Security and recovery → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, fill out the deletion form with the topic "Delete my account", or email mvcouto.apps+privacy@gmail.com.

• Tell us the email you used in the app so we can find the account.
• We may ask for a confirmation to make sure the account is yours.
• We complete the deletion within 30 days and let you know by email.

What is deleted

• Account, profile, goals, reminders, and streaks;
• All meals, analyzed items, and photos;
• Passkeys, sessions, recovery code, and Google link;
• Feedback you sent and the subscription history kept by us and by RevenueCat.

What may be kept

• Security logs no longer linked to you, used to prevent fraud;
• An anonymous record that an account was deleted (reason, if you gave one, and usage ranges);
• Usage metrics already sent to PostHog, linked only to an internal identifier, until they expire under that service's retention;
• Store purchase records, which belong to the store and follow its policy.

Backups expire on their own within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store where you subscribed (Google Play, App Store, Kiwify) to stop being charged.
